Returns & Refunds Policy
Free 28-day returns
Contact contact@xiaodongtao.com within 28 days of receiving an eligible item to request return instructions. Items should be unworn with labels attached, except where examination is needed or goods are faulty. Do not send parcels to the registered office without instructions.
Your cancellation right
You may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to return eligible goods. Exceptions may apply to personalised or unsealed hygiene-sensitive items where permitted by law.
Refunds
For statutory cancellations we refund within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Standard outbound delivery is refunded where required; upgrades are not. Refunds use the original payment method.
Faulty goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Contact us promptly about faulty or misdescribed goods.
